Hitesh Thakkar

Hitesh Thakkar serves as the Vice President of Operations at eClinicalWorks, a role held since April 2007, where responsibilities include driving organizational accountability across functions such as Operations, Implementation, support, HR, and Admin activities. Hitesh is instrumental in developing policies and processes, including those related to employee benefits and travel. Prior to this position, Hitesh progressed through various roles at eClinicalWorks, starting as a Manager and advancing to Team Lead, overseeing teams of Technical Account Managers and Quality Analysts. Earlier career experience includes positions at Hutchison 3 Global Services and Accenture, focusing on customer support and technical troubleshooting. Hitesh holds a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnatak University.
