Varun Shah

Varun Shah has been a key player at eClinicalWorks since September 2011, currently serving as Vice President of Technical & Business Service Management. In this role, Varun leads cross-functional initiatives across finance, sales, legal, and business controls, overseeing the onboarding process for EMR, RCM, and PE product suites. Prior positions at eClinicalWorks include Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, where Varun managed a structured account management team and strategic account management for private practices, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Earlier experience includes internships at Pegasus Solar and Kamal Pulleys, focusing on mechanical design and engineering. Varun holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
