Jamie Fairclough

Jamie Fairclough has extensive experience in program management and operational leadership within the sustainability and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the EU Senior Program Manager for Sustainable Growth Solutions at Ecolab since November 2014, Jamie oversees the development and execution of global water savings programs while leading cross-functional teams to ensure performance targets are met. Previous roles at Ecolab include Director of Business Support Services for EMEA and Head of Customer Service for the UK & Ireland, focusing on digital strategy, project management, and operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and INVISTA, where Jamie managed customer service operations, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. Jamie holds a PhD in Chemistry and an MChem from The University of Manchester.
