Kelly Britz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Ecolab since March 2017, Kelly has held multiple leadership roles within the company, overseeing college recruiting programs and supporting various functions such as HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance. Prior to Ecolab, Kelly worked as Talent Acquisition Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc., and spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to talent strategy and execution in the medical device sector and leading university recruitment efforts. Kelly's academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
