Melanie Fernandez C.H.R.L, Prosci ADKAR®, currently serves as the Enterprise Change Lead for the Modernization Program at Economical Insurance, where responsibilities include partnering with the Senior Leadership team to develop long-term talent strategies and implementing change management methodologies in alignment with regulatory requirements. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior HR Advice Partner at TD, where support was provided for a major retail transformation project, and Human Resources Business Partner at International Financial Data Services Canada, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Additional experience includes a strategic advisory role in global talent acquisition at CPP Investment Board and a senior generalist position at Wärtsilä. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karachi University, is certified as a Human Resources Professional Leader (C.H.R.L), and is currently pursuing an Organizational Design Program at Queen's University.
