Liz Zavaleta

Liz Zavaleta currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Grupo Edenred México since September 2025. Prior to this role, Zavaleta was the Regional Marketing Director for Latin America at Gupshup from April 2023 to September 2025 and held the position of Regional Marketing & Communications Senior Director for Latin America and Iberia at yellow.ai from November 2021 to November 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Zavaleta was the Head of Marketing for Mexico at Genesys. Zavaleta’s career includes significant roles at Oracle, where responsibilities included Country Marketing Director and Go-to-Market Senior Manager for LATAM, as well as various strategic marketing positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 1997 to September 2014. Zavaleta has an extensive educational background, including an Executive Marketing Program from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Operation Research from Universidad Iberoamericana, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Additionally, Zavaleta completed a program in Storytelling, Transmedia Narrative, and Gamification at IEBS Business School.
