Tony Bender

Tony Bender is the current Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President (VP) of Global Business Services at Edgewell Personal Care. Tony has over 25 years of experience in the consumer products and retail industry, with a focus on technology, e-commerce, and operations.

Bender began their career at Advent International, a global private equity firm, where they worked for two years. Tony then founded EBITDA Consulting Partners LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in operational improvements and turnarounds, which they ran for six years.

In July 2015, Bender joined Edgewell Personal Care as their Chief Information Officer & VP Business Transformation Office (BTO). In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's digital transformation and modernization efforts. Tony helped EdgewellPersonal Care become a $2.3B global consumer products company with 6,000 colleagues located in 50 countries.

In February 2012, Bender joined Energizer Holdings as their VP & CIO. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global IT operations. Tony helped Energizer Holdings become a $4.7B global consumer products company that was split into two publicly traded companies (Edgewell Personal Care and Energizer). Energizer had global operations with 14,000 colleagues located in 50 countries with distribution in more than 160 countries around the world.

Tony Bender reports to Rod R. Little, President, CEO & Director. They work with Eric O’Toole - President, North America, Paul Hibbert - Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Lauren Medina - Director of Communications.
