Carrie B. is a seasoned professional in scientific communications with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Scientific Communications at Edgewise Therapeutics, Carrie previously held key roles such as Head of Scientific & Corporate Communications at Chroma Medicine, where a comprehensive function was developed for scientific and corporate communications in the cell and gene therapy sector. As Senior Scientific Director at Two Labs, Carrie partnered with emerging biotechs to create medical strategies and communication platforms. Noteworthy contributions at Merck involved the management of publication strategy during the acquisition of Acceleron Pharma, where Carrie also led the global medical communications efforts, building a robust team and aligning strategies with Medical Affairs.
