Nitin Arora

Nitin Arora possesses extensive experience in support engineering, having worked at Edifecs since July 2012 and held various positions including Director of Support Engineering, Product Support Manager, Senior Support Engineering Manager, Support Lead, and Edifecs Product Specialist. Key responsibilities encompass implementation, support, change management, client interaction, team handling, and offshore transition. Prior to Edifecs, Nitin held roles at NIIT as a senior system engineer/lead engineer, focusing on production support and application support, and at NIIT Technologies, serving as a Tech Lead with responsibilities in application and production support. Additionally, Nitin gained experience in application support at Earthlink. Nitin earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from JMIT Radaur, graduating in 2004.
