Kai-Hsin Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biomedical field, particularly in discovery, translational sciences, and stem cell therapies. Currently serving as Vice President at Editas Medicine, Kai-Hsin has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Discovery, Vice President of Translational Sciences, and Vice President of Stem Cell Therapies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Scientist in Cell and Gene Therapy at Biogen Idec, as well as several academic positions at the University of Washington, including Research Assistant Professor and Acting Assistant Professor in Hematology. Kai-Hsin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Parasitology from McGill University, earned between 1997 and 2003.
