Nikki Saracen

Nikki Saracen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software implementation, customer service, and technical support. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant and Software Implementation Specialist at Edmunds GovTech since February 2017, Nikki coordinates project deliverables, conducts training, and manages client communications while developing product expertise. Additionally, Nikki has been a Photographer for MaxPreps since July 2020. Previously, Nikki held various roles at Apple, including Genius, Expert, and Specialist, where responsibilities included technical support, sales leadership, and team training. Earlier experience includes positions as a Search Engine Analyst at Leapforce, Marketing Coordinator at Investors Bank, Sales Analyst at Bowles Corporate Services, Bookkeeper at H & B Automotive Service, and Insurance Assistant at IFA Insurance Company. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and International Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey between 2006 and 2010.
