Brandon Tang

Brandon Tang currently serves as an IT Help Desk Administrator at Edon Management, where responsibilities include triaging issues, managing company devices using MDM tools, granting access to shared resources, creating documentation for IT colleagues, resolving a high volume of tickets, and maintaining email security.
