Kelly Fraser

Kelly Fraser is currently serving as the Global Data Privacy Manager at Edrington since December 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Harper Macleod LLP from September 2011 to December 2022, where roles ranged from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate within the Public Sector & Housing team. Notably, Kelly held a secondment position as a Solicitor for Glasgow City Council, providing legal advice on commercial matters relating to Culture and Sport Glasgow. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde, complemented by an earlier education at The Glasgow Academy.
