Pramod Sarangi

Pramod Sarangi is an experienced professional in the mining and geological sectors, currently serving as the General Manager Technical at EDS Technologies since February 2014. Previously, Pramod held the position of Technical Manager - Mining Solutions at the same company and served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Dassault Systèmes from September 2011 to January 2014. Early career roles included Senior Engineer Tech Support at Gemcom Software (I) Pvt. Ltd., Manager of Geology at Rungta Mines Limited, and Geologist at Jhankarpalli China Clay Mines. Pramod began the career as a Geologist at FACOR and later as a Senior Member - Technical (Mining) at World Geoscience Data Services India Pvt. Ltd. Pramod holds a Master’s degree in Geology from Berhampur University, completed from 1992 to 1994.
