Matt Merino

Matt Merino is an accomplished executive in the education sector, currently serving as the Executive Advisor and Chief Executive Officer at Education Management Solutions (EMS) since April 2022, a leader in simulation-based solutions for healthcare training. Previously, Matt held multiple senior leadership positions at Orbis Education from August 2013 to October 2021, including Chief Experience Officer and Senior Vice President of Client Operations. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Education Operations at Xerox Education Services and Director of Operations at ESM, as well as Development NCO and Team Leader in the US Army from April 2001 to April 2009. Matt earned a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University between 1996 and 2001.
