Sari Sarkomaa has extensive experience in Finnish politics, serving as a Member of the Finnish Parliament since 1999 and as a Member of the Helsinki City Council and City Board since June 2021. Previously, Sari held the position of Minister of Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture from 2007 to 2008 and served as Secretary of Social Affairs for the National Coalition Party Parliamentary Group from 1996 to 1999.
