Vilhelm Junnila

Vilhelm Junnila has extensive experience in public service and leadership roles in Finland. Since April 2011, Junnila has served as a Member of Parliament for Finland Proper, holding various positions including member of the Finance Committee and deputy member of Parliament. Junnila has also been the Chairman of the Finnish delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe since June 2019. Additionally, Junnila has been the Chairman of the City Council in Naantali since January 2013 and has held multiple roles within the city council. In the realm of regional governance, Junnila was a Regional Councillor for Southwest Finland from January 2013 to June 2017 and chaired the Regional Council group of The Finns Party. Other past roles include positions in management and consulting prior to entering politics.
