Dustin Johnson, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Learning and Performance Consultant at Edward Jones since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dustin held several leadership positions in learning and development, including Director of Learning and Development at 3Cloud and Senior Principal Talent Development Consultant at Discover Financial Services. Academic contributions include serving as Assistant Professor and Director of the Institute for Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where Dustin was recognized as a "Professor of the Year" nominee in 2022. With extensive experience in designing training programs, leadership development, and strategic consulting across various organizations, Dustin possesses a strong background in business psychology, holding a Ph.D. and multiple degrees in psychology and organizational development.
