Dan L. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dan started their career as a Manager at San Francisco Consulting Group/KPMG Consulting in 1992, where they led multiple engagements for the first national Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in Canada. Dan then worked at Extant as the Director of OSS & Strategy, responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting operational support systems. In 2002, they joined R&D Enterprises and implemented ISO 9001:2000 certification. At E&E Manufacturing, they held multiple roles including Program Manager, Manager of Program Management, ERP Business Analyst, and Director of Information Technology. In their last role, they were responsible for all IT systems, hardware, and policies for three manufacturing plants and the corporate division. Dan implemented new technologies and co-led the implementation of a SAAS ERP system (Plex) in three plants. Overall, Dan has extensive experience in IT, program management, and quality control.

Dan L. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. After that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University from 1991 to 1992.
