Andrea Kilgour

Andrea Kilgour is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational transformation, currently serving as People Director for Colleague Experience at EE since August 2023. Previously, Andrea held several key roles within BT Group from July 2011 to August 2023, including People Director for Consumer Transformation & Service, People Director for Consumer Contact Centres, People Director for EE Customer Service, and HR Director for Plusnet. Prior to BT Group, Andrea worked as an HR Business Partner at Openreach from 2007 to June 2011. Andrea's academic background includes studies at the University of Liverpool and Keele University.
