Tiia Tanav

Tiia Tanav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and process development. Currently serving as Process Development Manager and Data Steward at Eesti Energia since August 2018, Tiia has a solid background in finance, having held positions such as Finance Consultant at Columbus Eesti AS and Financial Controller at the Estonian Environmental Research Centre, where responsibility included overseeing the financial management of environmental projects. Tiia's expertise extends to project management and auditing, with prior roles at BCS itera, the National Audit Office of Estonia, SEB, Ernst & Young, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Finance Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Estonian Business School, along with further studies at Luua Forestry School.
