Konstantinos Tsiveriotis

Konstantinos (Kostas) Tsiveriotis is the Managing Director at Gestron Asset Management S.A. and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at EFG International since 2025. Kostas previously held various senior positions, including Head of Global Markets International and Head of Structuring at Eurobank EFG, and Director of Proprietary Trading at Deutsche Bank. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Kostas has a wealth of experience in financial markets and asset management. They co-developed the Tsiveriotis-Fernandes model for convertible bonds during their tenure as Vice President at Morgan Stanley.
