Constantin von Oppen

Constantin von Oppen is a Managing Partner for the Western Region at Egon Zehnder, where Constantin founded the Pacific Northwest Office and leads efforts to build a leadership advisory firm. Since joining Egon Zehnder in 2015, Constantin has focused on developing a team of leadership advisors to support the long-term success of organizations in the region. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Constantin spent eight years at Glencore as a Commodity Trader and later as Country Manager for Germany, overseeing trading activities and post-merger integration after the Viterra acquisition. Additionally, Constantin held various roles in risk management and operations, implementing asset management strategies and conducting M&A activities. Constantin began professional development at BHP as a Graduate Student and holds a Bachelor's degree from Groningen and San Andrés, as well as an MBA from IE Business School.
