Xiaolu Cai

Xiaolu (Fiona) Cai is an accomplished consultant and co-head of the Greater China Financial Service Practice at Egon Zehnder. Previously, Cai served as the Head of Investment at 乐信 and held several leadership roles at GE Capital, including Head of Commercial for Asia Pacific and Head of Marketing for Structured Finance in China and Southeast Asia. Additionally, Cai worked as a Strategic Marketing Director for Asia Pacific and held positions within GE, including Business Development Manager for Corporate M&A and Corporate Audit Staff. Education includes a tenure at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a FinTech Programme through Harvard University's VPAL online course.
