Cristina Vicini

Cristina Vicini is the CEO and Founder of Vicini Strategy, a role held since July 2006, where engagement includes serving as a Non-Executive Director and Executive Board Advisor to mid-sized global tech and industrial organizations. For the European Commission since January 2018, Cristina participates as an EIC STEP Jury Member and EIC Scaling Club Mentor, focusing on international business development, corporate strategy, and deep tech transformation. Additional roles include Supervisory Board Independent Director at EIT Digital and Independent Non-Executive Board Director at delaware International. Cristina previously held the position of Global President at The International Alliance for Women and has extensive experience in innovation and operational leadership within family-owned high-tech enterprises. Education includes executive certificates from MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School, along with master's degrees in international management and computer science.
