Alison Jerden

Alison Jerden is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. From March 2014 to December 2022, Alison served as Vice President of Human Resources at E. & J. Gallo Winery, previously holding roles as Sr. Director of Talent Management, Engagement & People Relations, and Sr. Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Talent Management and Senior Human Resources Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company from October 2005 to March 2014, and as a Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin from December 2000 to October 2005. Alison holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Samford University.
