Eileen Woodbury

Eileen Woodbury currently serves as the PSM RMP Technical Manager at GALLO, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Eileen was the PSM Program & Training Specialist at Applied Process Cooling Corporation (APCCO) from February 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with OSHA’s process safety management regulations and managing various safety inspections and audits. Eileen is also the Founder and Principal of Woodbury Consulting Group LLC, having established the firm in December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as the Environmental Compliance Manager at Cypress Engineering Group and as an Environmental Health Specialist at the Monterey County Health Department. Eileen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco and a certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Eileen's diverse educational background also includes a degree in History and Biology from the University of San Francisco.
