Xavier Lardenois

Xavier Lardenois possesses extensive experience in project management, particularly in the nuclear sector. Currently serving as Responsable Activités PMO Nucléaire France and Directeur de projet at EKIUM since January 2023, Xavier leads various projects and activities to ensure successful delivery. Previously at ECP - Project Management Intelligence from August 2010 to December 2022, Xavier oversaw commercial and innovation activities in the Sud-Est region, managed project portfolios, coordinated team operations, and negotiated contracts. Early career roles included Project Engineer for nuclear projects with CEA and ORANO, as well as Project Engineer in chemistry and petrochemistry for clients like INEOS and TOTAL. Education includes an engineering degree in project management and mechanical engineering from IPSA, completed in 2007.
