Manuel Nieto

Manuel Nieto is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and software development. Currently serving as an IT Consultant and Senior Project Manager at El Paso Electric Company since October 2016, Manuel oversees Customer Care IT Projects, including data purging, the implementation of a new web customer portal, and a migration project to Oracle Customer Cloud Service. Previous roles include Applications Support at DYONYX, Senior IT Project Manager for El Paso County, Service Information Developer at HP Enterprise Services, and Manager of Software Development at Philips Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading a team of developers and managing software projects. Manuel holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso.
