Alejandra Silva Baena

Alejandra Silva Baena has extensive experience in marketing and credit promotion, currently serving as the Director of Credit Promotion at El Puerto de Liverpool since July 2013, after holding positions as Subdirector and Gerente of credit card promotion and sales. Prior experience includes roles at Volaris from July 2008 to July 2013, where responsibilities encompassed credit card specialization, CRM, and market intelligence analysis. Earlier, Alejandra held the position of Coordinator for Envirosell studies at Pearson and acted as an On-Site Executive for Nestlé. Alejandra holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from UNITEC.
