Kyle Rathjen

Kyle Rathjen has extensive experience in IT and business operations within the sales and commercial sectors. Currently serving as an IT Business Partner for Commercial Operations at Elanco since August 2020, Kyle aligns IT strategies with sales leadership around CRM, business intelligence, and electronic data interchange (EDI). Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Bayer for two years, providing strategic IT solutions to enhance sales operations. Kyle's career at Bayer Animal Health spanned 18 years, during which various roles included Sales Operations Project Manager and Sales Business Systems Supervisor, focusing on CRM and business intelligence solutions. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure as a Commercial Insurance Agent at Sentry Insurance. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Mercy University and a Project Management certificate from Johnson County Community College.
