Troy Burgess

Troy Burgess currently serves as the Global Head of Operational Excellence at Elanco, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Troy was the Director of Business Process Excellence at Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on Lean/Six-Sigma strategies within the Animal Health Global Supply business from June 2020 to August 2024. Troy's experience also includes serving as a Lean Leader at Cytiva, where lean transformation initiatives were championed at the Logan site. As a Principal Consultant at SEE Solutions 4Excellence, Troy facilitated strategy deployment and change management systems. Earlier positions at TreeHouse Foods included Director of Reliability Systems and Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement, where Troy managed maintenance and continuous improvement across multiple plants. Troy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Utah.
