Gila Chmelnick has extensive experience in software and systems management, currently serving as a Software and System Manager and embedded software specialist at Elbit Systems Ltd since October 1984. In this role, Gila manages a variety of system and software development projects that encompass hardware and software requirements, both locally and internationally. Prior to this, Gila held positions as Embedded Software Manager, Software Engineer Team Lead, and Software Engineer. Gila began the professional career as a Software Engineer at Philips Lifeline from July 1982 to July 1984. Gila earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between October 1978 and June 1982.
