Jill Pearson

Jill Pearson, PMP, has over two decades of experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Program Manager at Elbit Systems of America since July 2002. In this role, Jill monitors and reports program performance data, ensures timely execution of programs within budget, and maintains high-level customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Previously, as a Project Manager, Jill managed multiple programs with yearly sales of $40 million, holding financial accountability and ensuring the delivery of quality products. Earlier experience includes a position as a Project Coordinator at RAM Marketing, where Jill focused on marketing and advertising for clients in the wine and liquor industry. Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Woman's University.
