César Fernández-Casqueiro Sánchez is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at Elecnor Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, César served as Electrical Superintendent at GRS, managing substantial solar PV projects including the Wandoan South Solar Farms (Stages 1 and 2) and the Wellington North Solar Farm, as well as the Dalby Hybrid Solar Farm.
