Aboutaleb Haddadi

Aboutaleb Haddadi is a Senior Technical Leader at EPRI since August 2020, also holding the position of Technical Leader at the AGILe lab of New York Power Authority. In addition, Aboutaleb serves as Chair of CIGRE Working Group C4.60, focusing on Generic EMT-Type Modelling of Inverter-Based Resources for Long-Term Planning Studies, addressing the challenges posed by the integration of inverter-based resources in power systems. Prior to these roles, Aboutaleb worked as a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow at École Polytechnique de Montréal from May 2015 to August 2020. Aboutaleb earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, as well as both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
