About
Debra joined Seattle City Light in October 2018. Prior to joining City Light, she served as CEO and General Manager of the Central Lincoln People's Utility District, which provides electricity on Oregon's central coast, since 2013. She previously spent more than 17 years in various roles, including Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at the Eugene Water and Electric Board, another public utility in Oregon. Debra holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University.
