Rick Baczuk

Rick Baczuk has extensive work experience in program management, product development, and engineering. In their most recent role as a Senior Program Manager at Electric Power Systems, Inc., they are responsible for overseeing program operations. Prior to this, they worked at KIHOMAC as a Program Manager, where they led both commercial and DoD programs, managed logistics, and handled supply chain management. As the Director of Product & Program Management at KATERRA, Rick developed innovative construction methods and directed projects using various methodologies. At Milgard Manufacturing, they served as the Director of Engineering and New Product Development, where they developed numerous patents and oversaw program, project, and product management. Lastly, at Masonite®, Rick held the position of Director of Engineering & New Product Development, where they successfully developed patented products and manufacturing methods.

Rick Baczuk has a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Engineering from Brigham Young University. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Operations Management from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which was completed as part of a two-year program.
