Andrew Kelly

Andrew Kelly currently serves as the Regulatory and Commercial Manager for Traded Markets at ESB, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at New Fortress Energy as the Head of Regulatory and Commercial for Ireland from July 2021 to October 2023. Andrew's extensive experience at Gas Networks Ireland spanned over thirteen years, during which time Andrew held various positions, including Wholesale Market Manager, Wholesale Development Manager, Senior European Affairs Analyst, Commercial Tariff Analyst, and Regulatory Analyst. Earlier in Andrew's career, positions included Financial Consultant at Cornmarket Group Financial Services and Hardware Design Engineer at Moog, following a role as Product Engineer at Analog Devices. Andrew holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from The Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Microelectronic Engineering from University College Cork.
