Carolyn Sebba is the Director of New Development at Elegran Real Estate. Carolyn has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and project management.

Carolyn started their career in real estate sales and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Douglas Elliman. Carolyn was responsible for overseeing the pre-development services for prominent developers such as Taconic, OKO Group, Rechler Equity Partners, The Chetrit Group, Clipper Equities, HFZ Capital Group, Simon Baron, G4, Madison Realty Capital and Ceruzzi Properties.

In their role at Douglas Elliman, Carolyn also managed sales and marketing teams on high-profile projects such as The Belnord, 111 W 57th Street, The Centrale, 242 Broome, 301 W 53rd Street, 269 W 87th Street, 78 Irving, 1 Great Jones Alley, 135 W 52nd Street, Hampton Boathouses.
