Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data and analytics. Currently serving as Manager of Data & Analytics and Lead IT Architect at Element Fleet Management since September 2016, Nikhil oversees strategic planning and implementation of enterprise data systems, with expertise in AI, big data, data management, and cloud technologies. Prior roles include Senior IT Program Manager at GE Power, where Nikhil facilitated self-service reporting through Tableau and implemented CPQ systems, and IT Architect at IBM, notably migrating applications for General Motors. Nikhil began a career as a Senior System Engineer at Ford Motor Company and as an IT Analyst/Developer at UEC Sail Information Technology. Nikhil holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
