Paul Slattery

Paul is Eleusis’ General Counsel. Paul oversees all Eleusis legal matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and securities compliance. Paul joined Eleusis from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, where he litigated for eight years. At Quinn Emanuel, Paul took intellectual property, antitrust, investment management, and other commercial and financial disputes to trial and arbitral hearings in various US jurisdictions and abroad.

Paul holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BS in Economics and BA in Literature from Duke University.
