Erin Smith

Erin Smith currently serves as the Staff Vice President of Payment Innovation Strategy at Elevance Health, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Erin held the role of National Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Payer Partnerships at Aledade, Inc. from June 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Erin occupied the position of Staff Vice President at Anthem, Inc. from February 2018 to June 2021, and was Director of Public Policy at Cardinal Health from June 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, Erin was Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at naviHealth from November 2015 to February 2018. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of New Mexico.
