Jake Hills

Jake leads Elevate’s Legal Operations business unit, which focuses on extending and enabling operations teams across law departments and law firms. A licensed attorney with a secondary background in finance, Jake is a seasoned law company professional with a track record of partnering with customers to deliver innovative, efficient solutions with measurable results. These partnerships have led to several of Jake’s customers being recognized with legal industry awards. Jake’s customers are global, and so is his team, which provides managed legal operations services for multiple Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 100 law firms. Prior to joining Elevate in 2012, Jake was previously at UnitedLex and KPMG and has worked as an in-house accountant. He also has extensive experience working abroad in India. Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas, and a JD from St. Louis University.
