Fred Howery

Fred Howery possesses extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Elevate Solutions Group since June 2025, focusing on the expansion of Contract Manufacturing operations. Previously, Fred held the role of President & CEO/Senior Site Director at Gerresheimer from July 2019 to June 2025, successfully leading the FDA registration process for the medical device plant and achieving significant production growth. Fred's earlier positions include Plant Manager at Comar, Site Director at Columbia Dentoform, and Operations Manager at MedPlast Inc., showcasing a strong track record in plant operations, process engineering, and quality management. Fred earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland and has a solid educational background with additional studies at the University of Delaware.
