John Oliver III

John Oliver III is an experienced leader with a diverse background in organizational management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Elevate USA since August 2021, John has also been the owner of Oliver's Paint and Decor since 2001, providing professional finishing services for residential and commercial properties. Previously, John held the role of Chief Program Officer at ACE Scholarships from April 2016 to August 2021, where leadership focused on expanding tuition assistance programs for low-income families. Additionally, John was Vice President of Mission, Culture & Leadership Development at Colorado UpLift from 2003 to 2015, overseeing strategic planning and organizational leadership. John holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Colorado Christian University, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from the College of Lake County.
