Beckie Schafer

Beckie Schafer is the current Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Elevate Ventures. Beckie has also held previous positions as Director of Operations / Product Development at Carved and Proprietor at Cultivate Brewing Company.

Beckie is responsible for product development over several categories, including finished products such as personal accessories, as well as an internal brand development of private label kits. Roles include communicating and achieving goals to supplement scaling sales growth, developing and refining KPI’s for team as a whole and all team members. Also, forecasting sales trends and categories alongside a team to bring the idea to market.

At Cultivate Brewing Company, Beckie was responsible for growing the brand and establishing a core team that has the ability to make decisions under the operating philosophy of Experience. Cultivate is about more than craft beer, it's about the captivating all senses in a third space.

Cultivate Brewing Company offers craft beer enthusiasts a new way to be a part of the craft process, not just from tanks and tours, but from the growth of the primary ingredients of beer - hops and barley. Cultivate is set on an 18 acre farm, with the hops and grains growing on premise, set to encourage patrons to stroll around the grounds and experience the fullness the creative brewing process offers.

Beckie Schafer has a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Development from Purdue University.
