Shawn Starkey

Shawn Starkey is an experienced manufacturing professional with a diverse background in supervision and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Compounding Dept Lead at Elevation Labs since July 2023, Shawn previously held managerial positions at Respect Manufacturing and served as Packing Lead at Elevation Labs. Other notable roles include 2nd Shift ScMM at Upfield, Off Shift Manager of Manufacturing at Kraft Tool Company, and Manufacturing Supervisor at Ventra of Kansas. Shawn also worked as a Contract Supervisor for Aerotek with General Motors and as a Value Stream Planner at Pentair Water Inc.
