Julian Garza

Julian Garza is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in project and construction management across various engineering firms. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Elevation Land Solutions since January 2022, Garza has previously held roles including Senior Project Manager at Bleyl Engineering and Managing Director - Residential at Landev Engineers Inc. With a solid foundation as City Engineer for the City of La Porte and as Sr. Project Manager at Edminster Hinshaw Russ and Associates, Garza has supervised engineering design and plan production while securing plan approvals from multiple regulatory agencies. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Garza has effectively coordinated project design and management for diverse clients, including land developers and municipal utility districts.
