Ilya Shuvalov

Ilya Shuvalov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Director at Elica since June 2015, Ilya has also held the position of Deputy General Director at the same company. Prior experience includes leading the Moscow office for Faber SpA (Franke Group) and acting as CIS Director for Antonio Merloni/ARDO S.p.A., where Ilya focused on strengthening the brand in the CIS market. Ilya's background also features significant roles at Luxottica and Indesit Company, including Operations Director for the Ukrainian and Caucasus markets. Earlier career milestones include positions at Tecnagry Project srl and Medio Ltd, where Ilya managed sales and retail operations. Ilya is an alumnus of Moscow State Linguistic University, graduating in 1992.
